<strong><span style="color: #cc33cc; font-size: 17px;">El roscón de reyes tiene un dia, el dia de reyes, pero es un postre muy especial, pues es el dia favorito de millones de niños en el mundo, por lo tanto un postre para merendar es ideal. Se puede comprar o lo puedes hacer tú en casa, aquí tienes la receta del roscón de reyes:</span></strong></div>

<strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">Ingredientesdel roscón:<br />650 gr de harina de fuerza, 250 ml de leche , 25-30 gr de levadura fresca, 120 gr de azúcar, 120 gr de mantequilla ablandada, 2 huevos y 1 yema, 10 g de sal, 2 y 1/2 cucharadas de agua de azahar, 2 ó 3 cucharadas de ron, piel rallada de 1 limón grande y 1 naranja</span>.</strong></div>

<span style="font-size: 17px;">Para decorar : frutas escarchadas al gusto, azúcar, 1 huevo batido, figuritas horneables.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 17px;">Cómo preparar el roscón:<br />Hay que hacer la masa, mezclamos en un bol una parte de la leche (tibia) con dos o tres cucharadas de harina y la levadura desmenuzada. Se tapa y se deja casi una hora fermentando.<br />Por otra parte tamizamos harina en un gran recipiente y vamos añadiendo ingredientes la masa ya fermentada incluída. La mantequilla será el último de todos. Habrá que ir amasando hasta que sea homogénea. Hay que amasar durante bastante tiempo, que quede un poco pegajoso pero no suelto. Se añade más harina si hace falta.<br />Después pondremos la masa en una bandeja o cuenco y la dejaremos fermentar otras 2 horas. En un lugar más o menos cálido sin aire. Después de este tiempo amasaremos otro poco.<br />Lo siguiente es dar forma al roscón. Se deja un agujero en el centro que luego será más pequeño. Se puede poner la decoración frutal y pintar con huevo batido. Se volverá a tapar una hora. (Puede ser en el horno previamente calentado a 50º pero ya apagado).<br />Por último se pinta de huevo la masa, se decora con azúcar y se hornea a 180 grados</span></div>
